I have been enhanced DBS checked by the Master Locksmiths Association, which provides more scrutiny than a basic DBS check (criminal records check).
This provides confidence to those with safeguarding concerns and vulnerable customers.
DO YOU STOCK A RANGE OF LOCKS TO SUIT DIFFERENT BUDGETS?
I stock a wide range of locks from British Standard 8621 and 3621 to ultimate security 3 star British Standard TS007 (2024) so can supply the right solution for your requirements. I will make recommendations and find the best solution based on suitability and cost.

I can supply and fit 1 star British Standard Euro cylinders and ultimate security Ultion 3 star ALPS Euro cylinders that are built to withstand the latest lock attack methods such as twisting and thermal attacks, and come with a manufacturer £5000 guarantee against lock snapping . The ultimate security Ultion 3 star ALPS I supply and fit are Secure by Design, Sold Secure Diamond. These are police and insurance recommended locks. These are outstanding cylinders providing very high security.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I carry a card reader with me and am able to supply you with an electronic receipt in addition to the paper one I give every customer. I accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer and cash.
DO YOU CHARGE VAT?
I DON'T CHARGE VAT​ Most of the bigger locksmith companies are VAT registered so they have to charge you VAT which wallops you for an extra 20% on top - I am a small business and keep my earnings below the VAT threshold so I don't have to charge VAT.
WHAT ARE YOUR CALLOUT RESPONSE TIMES LIKE?
What is your standard response time? I am at most lockouts in Bexhill in about 15-30 minutes well under an hour and some within only 10 minutes, it depends what I am doing at the time of the call. I am always honest though, and will never lie simply to secure the job... If I am mid lock fitting and the lock out is close by most customers don't mind me breaking away and returning. People have empathy for people who are locked out. It isn't a nice thing that's why I drop what I am doing to help.
