DO YOU STOCK A RANGE OF LOCKS TO SUIT DIFFERENT BUDGETS?
I stock a wide range of locks from standard to ultimate, depending on your requirements and budget.
I can supply and fit ultimate security 3 star Euro cylinders to your UPVC doors as recommended by insurance companies and the Police.
All 5 lever mortice locks I supply and fit are British standard. They meet BS 3621:2007 as recommended by insurance companies and recommended by the Police.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I carry a card reader with me and am able to supply you with an electronic receipt in addition to the paper one I give every customer. I also accept bank transfers and cash. Although cash isn't preferred.
DO YOU CHARGE VAT?
I DON'T CHARGE VAT
Most of the bigger locksmith companies are VAT registered so they have to charge you VAT - I am a small business so I don't have to.
WHAT ARE YOUR CALLOUT RESPONSE TIMES LIKE?
I am usually at lockouts within 30-60 minutes, often less than this depending on where I am when you call me.
I give priority to vulnerable people.
